Payment policy

Camp is open for enrollment now. Payment is required at the time of registration. We will allow for cancellations up until May 15th for a $200 office fee. After May 15th if we don’t find anyone to fill your space its a zero refund policy. We need to be able to plan accordingly for our staff.

Code of conduct

All campers will treat each other kindly. If a camper is unable to do that we will have a meeting with camper and parent. Zero tolerance bullying policy.

Privacy policy

While we are collecting data on this camp and recording some information to see if it is supportive in meeting our mission, but we want you to know it will all be anonymous. Also we will treat groups like therapy and follow HIPPA policy.
